While Charles Goodnight came up with the idea of the chuck wagon to keep his cowboys fed during the long and enduring cattle drives, the Rocking T Chuckwagon is prepared do the same. Just let us know when you are planning your next cattle drive, or birthday party or family reunion or corporate event and we will provide the food to keep all the cowboys and cowgirls fed.
A standard meal may consist of:
Pan fried beef steak

During the cattle drive era, the chuckwagon would cook for 20 to 40 cowboys. The Rocking T Chuckwagon is capable of cooking for larger groups, we just need a little advance notice so we can bring out the big pots.
